Good Moring Parents and Family Members,
Our upcoming benchmark assessments for 3rd-6th grade students play an important role in supporting your child’s learning. These are practice STAAR tests and help teachers see what students have mastered and where they may need additional support.
The results guide instructional decisions, small group planning, tutoring, and targeted interventions so we can better meet each student’s needs. Benchmarks are not about grades; they’re tools that help us adjust instruction and ensure every child continues to grow.
Please take a few minutes to review the upcoming testing dates to ensure students are present. I request that parents avoid picking up students early on these days to allow students the time they need to complete assessments.
Thank you for encouraging your child to do their best and for partnering with us in their learning journey! ... See MoreSee Less
