Mission:  The Newcomer Center will provide each student with a high quality education by rigorously focusing on the acceleration of academic skills, language acquisition, and acculturation to make them successful, not only at their home schools, but as empowered, responsible, and productive citizens in their communities.

Vision:  The Newcomer Center is an accelerated learning environment in which educators, families and the community collaborate to support innovative learning experiences while targeting rigorous and relevant standards and language development to challenge and prepare students to graduate and fulfill their college and career goals as positive contributors to society.
