I am honored and excited to be your Principal at Venture High School.
I grew up in Arkansas and graduated from Henderson State University with my undergraduate degree. I came to Texas to find my way into education. I have spent all my years in Arlington ISD. I was a Social Studies, English, and AVID teacher at Ferguson Jr. High. I became one of the assistant principals for Carter Jr. High. I had many great experiences with the students and staff at Carter for 7 years. I transitioned to The Arlington High School to be an assistant principal for 2 years.
I look to bring amazing and innovative opportunities to our students here at Venture High School. We look forward to making your goals and dreams come true. We lean into deeper connections with the traditional high schools to create opportunity and access to as many students as we can serve to provide you a clear path to your future. We look forward to creating opportunities for our students to connect with the CTE Center and Dual Credit (TCC) courses.
