Juan Seguin High School
Welcome to Seguin Podcast
Ms. Britton (Academic Assistant Principal) and Ms. Gorman (JSHS Librarian) have been working hard with their cameras to make a podcast welcoming students to JSHS. The podcast was used at recent visits to Ousley Junior High School and Ferguson Junior High School (JSHS feeder junior high schools). Click here to see the podcast.
Vote!
Why should you vote? Faculty and staff tell you their reasons why it's important to make your vote count this election season. Click here to view the podcast. There will be a voting machine in front of the library so that students may see an example of the voting process.

StuCo Pep Rally
Wow! We had the best Pep Rally on Friday, September 26, 2008. Here, Lamar W. and Jordan M. show us a taste of the 70's (seniors) and 50's (sophomores).
Congratulations to our StuCo members and sponsor, whose ideas for an energetic celebration of the past decades brought out our competitive spirits and loads of fun.

Two New Additions to Seguin Family
We have two new additions to our Seguin family. Please stop by the Counseling Center and give a warm, "Hello!" to Jennifer Novoselsky. Jennifer is our new 9th grade counselor. Her office is the first door on the left as you enter the Counseling Center.
Welcome also to Mr. Arvis Vonner, our new Assistant Principal. Mr. Vonner will manage the 9th-11th grades discipline for the S-Z alphabet. His office is next door to Mr. Humes, across from the cafeteria. Drop by and say, "Hi!"
We are lucky to have found two outstanding individuals to help lead our students to success.
Welcome...welcome...welcome!
