Information on recovering lost credits
Students that have previously not passed a required course for graduation have multiple ways in which that credit can be redeemed. Students can work in Credit Recovery either during school or after school, depending on the child’s schedule. This is an online computer program that allows students to make up work from missing six weeks. Another option for redeeming lost credit is summer school. Summer School registration opens in May. Further information will be announced though the class Canvas pages.
Records for Former Students
AISD campuses do not keep copies of diplomas or records. Former students can order records from Records Management online by visiting www.aisdtx.scriborder.com. If you need to order a replacement diploma, contact the Main Counseling Office at 682-867-6719
College and Career Readiness
Our department is available to provide support to all students in efforts to explore and pursue college and career opportunities. In alignment with the vision and goal of AISD, we aim to ensure that 100% of Juan Seguin High students graduate prepared for college, career and citizenship. Each student is able to access Xello through his/her Rapid Identity Account. Xello provides students with various Career Interest Surveys and College Exploration to help students begin to set goals for the future.
Counselor Visits
Students can see a counselor for any reason from academic, college and career support to social emotional support. We are here to advocate for our students and to be your support system at school. If you would like to see us, please email us, come by the counseling office with a pass from your teacher, or scan the qr code outside of the counseling office.
