Parent EOY information- PLEASE READ!It's hard to believe that this is the last week of school! We are so grateful for all of your support this year. Here are a few reminders:* Class parties are on Thursday, May 22nd beginning a 2pm. You should have recieved information pertaining to this via your student's class dojo.* Due to safety and security protocols, unfortunately we will not be able to allow parents to attend those parties.* Per district procedures, report cards can only go home with students on the last day of school at dismissal. We will not be able to release them earlier or to a sibling. We can keep it in the office and you are welcome to arrange a time to pick it up during summer or at the begining of the new year.* Friday is a half day and dismissal is at 12:10- please make arrangements.* Additionally, attendance will count the same as any other full day.* If your Eagle is attending summer learning, please make sure to check your email for correspondence from that campus.For questions about any of this information or anything else, please do not hesitate to call the front offce. ... Please keep in mind the following if you and your familiy are attending the ceremonies:* Please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier for a quicker check in* If you did not preregister, you MUST check in at the front office.* You MUST have a form of identification to check in (license or passport). If you have a high school student, please have them bring their school ID.* Please park in the visitor parking or on the street to alleviate congestion at dismissal (1:45 ceremonies). For the morning ceremonies, you may park in the front on the sides closest to the curb after 8:30 am ONLY. We may still have students being dropped off for school.* If you are checking out a student after awards, THEY MUST be checked out from the office.
