Referrals for AISD’s Gifted and Talented Services are being accepted for Grades 1 - 3. As part of GT Identification practices, AISD routinely uses universal screeners in Kindergarten, Second and Fourth Grades, so no formal referral is needed for these grade levels. Only 1st - 3rd grade referrals will be screened in the Spring semester. Kindergarten students are screened from September through March.

Due to the potential for winter weather in North Texas, all Arlington ISD schools and facilities will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025. There will be no classes, after-school activities or childcare services.
