Now for the Main Event!

Apex is off to a great start thanks to your support!

We are inching closer to 50% our goal of $75,000 and hope to be there by tomorrow and raise the additional 50% over the last week🙌🏽

Through APEX, your generosity directly supports:

-Teacher resources – learning materials and classroom supplies.
-Student enrichment – field trips and programs that expand horizons.
-Campus improvements – creating an inspiring environment for our teachers and students.

Click here to pledge: myapexevent.com/butler-elementary-obstacle-course-29202

Our fundraiser culminates with the Apex Fun Run on Thursday, October 9th (see attached schedule). If you are able to volunteer on that day, please follow the Signup Genius and know that it is greatly appreciated!

Bronco Families,

Thank you to the 400+ families who signed up to partner with our teachers for the first-ever AISD Parent Conference Day! We appreciate the opportunity to partner with our families and to help ALL Broncos Excel! If you have not signed up for a conference with your Broncos’ teacher, please reach out to them to do so.

🎉 Exciting News Alert! 🎉

We are excited to welcome back Apex as our partner for this year’s ONE and ONLY Fundraiser!

Our Apex Fundraiser is just around the corner, happening in two weeks! 🚀 We're gearing up to raise funds for a Teacher Lounge Makeover, Field Trips, and to fund our PTA Budget. Also, 10% of all funds raised will go directly back into your Broncos’ classroom this year!

We will kick off our fundraiser at our Level Up Pep Rally with Apex Leadership on Monday! Our students are gearing up to grow, rise above, and unlock their leadership potential! 🔮 After the pep rally, pledging will open up for action! Students will receive their VIP Badges, equipped with login details. We need your support! Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved and help make a difference. 💪

For more information on Apex and all the happenings at Butler, please check out the latest edition of the Bronco Bulletin secure.smore.com/n/x5ue4.

Have a great weekend!
