Dear Crouch Parents and Guardians,
I want to let you know that we’ve still been dealing with some unpleasant sewage smells in our building. Arlington ISD’s maintenance team has been on campus today and identified the problem. They will need to replace pipe under the building that has a crack, and repairs are starting right away.
The smell today was annoying today, but we managed. I appreciate our students and staff for making the best of it. We look forward to having this issue resolved soon.

Quiero informarles que seguimos lidiando con olores desagradables a aguas residuales en nuestro edificio. El equipo de mantenimiento del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Arlington visitó el campus hoy e identificó el problema. Deberán reemplazar la tubería debajo del edificio que tiene una grieta, y las reparaciones comenzarán de inmediato.
El olor de hoy fue molesto, pero lo logramos. Agradezco a nuestros estudiantes y personal por aprovechar la situación al máximo. Esperamos resolver este problema pronto.

Dear Crouch Parents and Guardians,
I want to let you know that we discovered a sewage backup at about 1 p.m. today that has required us to close the student restrooms. Arlington ISD’s maintenance team is on site working on the issue along with the City of Grand Prairie.
The good news is that all of the individual classroom restrooms and staff restrooms are open and working. So, we’re making sure that everyone is able to access a working restroom when needed.
It’s definitely an inconvenience, but we’re making the best of it, and we’re still having a great afternoon of learning.
We will need to reschedule the Winter Concert to December 18th at 5:30 pm. This will allow maintenance to continue working this evening.
I appreciate how flexible our students and teachers have been with this. Thank you for your continued support.

Quiero informarles que hoy, alrededor de la 1 p. m., descubrimos un desbordamiento de aguas residuales, lo que nos obligó a cerrar los baños de los estudiantes. El equipo de mantenimiento del Distrito Escolar Independiente de Arlington (ISD) se encuentra trabajando en el problema junto con la ciudad de Grand Prairie.
La buena noticia es que todos los baños de las aulas y del personal están abiertos y funcionando. Por lo tanto, nos aseguramos de que todos puedan acceder a un baño en funcionamiento cuando lo necesiten.
Sin duda, es un inconveniente, pero lo estamos aprovechando al máximo y seguimos disfrutando de una excelente tarde de aprendizaje.
Tendremos que reprogramar el Concierto de Invierno para el 18 de diciembre a las 5:30 p. m. Esto permitirá que el personal de mantenimiento continúe trabajando esta noche.
Agradezco la flexibilidad que han mostrado nuestros estudiantes y maestros con esto. Gracias por su continuo apoyo.
