Events are scheduled before, during, and after school hours to accommodate working parents, single parents, and parents without transportation. A monthly newsletter and calendar are sent home. We also use In Touch System and the marquee to share information with the parents about and events at school. Classroom teachers use a daily take home folder to inform parents about classroom events. Parents are invited to participate in the school's decision-making process. We also provide parents with the ability to provide feedback and offer suggestions in our comment box located in the main office. The services available to students in special programs include Kids Hope - Fielder Church; Ready, Set, Teach - Sam Houston High School, and PALS - Sam Houston High School.
