My name is Kiersten Aguinaga, the students call me Mrs. Agui, and I began here at THE Arlington High School in 2016! I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013.  In the spring of 2016, I completed my Master’s in Theology with a focus in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. My husband is a math teacher over at Sam Houston and we had our first child, Elijah, in May of 2020!

I have a passion for learning and reading and my hope is that my passion would overflow to my students as we spend this year together. I believe in knowing each student who walks in my classroom because I know that makes a huge difference in student success.
