NEW FORMATS FOR STUDENT USERNAMES

  • New students must set up a Rapid Identify Account before signing in to Student Self-Serve. 
  • AISD updated all student emails and usernames on 7/24/
    New format will be the student's first name initial + last name initial + random 4-digit number. (EX: cl1234)Returning Students:
  • To find the new username, students should
    • Go to password.aisd.net
    • Login with previous credentials (UN: first 5 letters of last name + ID#) 
    • Once logged into rapid ID, locate the person icon and your name in the upper right corner. Click to reveal the Profile Settings.
    • Once in their profile, students will be able to see their current and new username. They should start using their new username right away.
  • Please change to your personal password after you log into Rapid Identity:
  • Passwords Must: Be 8-25 characters long
  • Contain one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number
  • NOT contain any part of the student's name (first or last)
  • NOT contain AISD
  • Students will be prompted to set up security questions once they have set their new password. Students MUST answer 5 of the security questions and SAVE.
    Students will not be able to proceed to their dashboard until the security questions have been set up.
  • Go to aisd.net. Choose STUDENT SUPPORT. Then, select STUDENT SELF-SERVE.
    Choose STUDENT LOGIN.
  • A new Screen will appear. Choose Existing Users and SIGN IN
  • Once signed in, the student will see tabs at the top. Select SCHEDULE.
