During Texas Public Schools Week, we are proud to celebrate the heart of our school—our amazing staff! 💙

Every day, our teachers and staff pour into our students by building relationships, supporting their growth, and creating meaningful learning experiences. This year, our team participated in ongoing professional learning throughout the year to be more responsive to the current needs of our students and make an immediate impact in the classroom.

Their dedication to learning, growing, and meeting students where they are is what makes our school such a special place. We are grateful for the passion and commitment our staff bring to our students every single day! 🍎✨

During Texas Public

We are grateful for the incredible support from our community partners during Texas Public Schools Week! 💙

A huge thank you to The Market Truck for coming out and providing our families with fresh fruit, produce, and delicious bakery items. Your generosity helps make healthy options accessible to our community. 🍎🥕🥖

We also want to thank Kelvin’s Kindness and Best Wishes Foundation for donating Gatorade to help keep our students refreshed for field day.🥤

Partnerships like these truly make a difference, and we are so thankful for organizations that invest in our students, families, and school community!

It’s Texas Public Schools Week, and we are so proud of the leadership happening right here at Fitzgerald!

At Fitzgerald, we don’t just talk about leadership — we grow it. 💙

✨ Our 6th Grade Ambassadors earn the opportunity to serve and support around the school, modeling responsibility, kindness, and school pride for everyone who walks our halls.

✨ Our 4th graders are building strong leadership foundations through their participation in Academy 4, engaging in a powerful leadership curriculum that challenges them to think big and lead with purpose.

✨ And our incredible Leaders 5 step into mentorship roles, guiding and encouraging our 1st grade students — proving that leadership means lifting others up.

From our youngest learners to our soon-to-be middle schoolers, Fitzgerald is committed to building confident, capable, and compassionate leaders.

Strong schools. Strong leaders. Strong future.

Fridays can be tough… but not at Fitzgerald! 👊🎶

Every Friday morning, our incredible 6th Grade Ambassadors and Mrs. Lowe are out front bringing the energy for Fist Bump Friday! With music playing, smiles shining, and plenty of welcoming words, they make sure every student starts the day feeling seen, valued, and ready to finish the week strong.

It’s more than just a fist bump — it’s a reminder that you belong here. 💙

We love watching our student leaders step up to create a positive, joyful start for everyone who walks through our doors. That’s the Fitzgerald way — making even the hardest Fridays feel fun, encouraging, and full of heart!

Fridays can be tough

It’s Public Schools Week, and we’re celebrating what makes our campus shine — Teaching & Learning Excellence in action every single day! ✨

From engaging lessons in the classroom to hands-on innovation in our Robotics Club, our students are learning to think critically, solve real-world problems, and collaborate like future engineers and leaders. 🤖💡

Our Robotics Club isn’t just about building robots — it’s about building confidence, creativity, and resilience. Through teamwork and design challenges, students are applying math, science, and technology skills in meaningful ways that prepare them for tomorrow’s opportunities.

Public schools are where curiosity is sparked, talents are discovered, and excellence is nurtured. We are so proud of our students and staff who make learning powerful and purposeful every day.

Here’s to strong public schools and the bright futures they create! #TPSW26 #PublicSchoolProud #ArlingtonISDProud #TheStudentExperience

It’s Public School

It’s Public Schools Week, and we’re celebrating what makes our schools the heart of our community 💙

Public schools are more than buildings — they’re places where students grow, families connect, and futures are built. This week, we recognize the incredible work happening every day to create strong, fair, and resilient schools for every child.

✔️ Strong schools that set high expectations and support every learner
✔️ Fair schools that ensure access and opportunity for all
✔️ Resilient schools that adapt, overcome challenges, and keep students first

Thank you to our dedicated educators, staff, families, and community members who work together to make this possible. When we invest in public schools, we invest in the future.
