I am a double certified teacher (math and science composite, grade levels 7th-12th). Currently, I’m working on starting a student-tutors program, where students receive academic help from their peers for all their courses (I’m already doing this in my classroom, every afternoon 3-3:30pm, and it’s working excellent.).
I lived in Puerto Rico, was a scientist for nine years and then for four years had my own tutoring business. I decided to move to Texas and became a teacher via an alternate certification program. This is my second year as a teacher, I can truly said that I have found my calling, teaching is my passion.
