Community Investment

The Arlington ISD believes that educating children is a community responsibility and this plan reflects that belief. Designed by students, staff members, business leaders, parents and other key stakeholders, this plan will power possibilities for all Arlington ISD students and staff members.

Months in the Making

With input from more than 5,000 people, this strategic plan was developed over five months and included feedback from community surveys, Summits, Focus Groups, Design Days, Create Days and Lead Days. 

Powered by Possibilities

We know that there are challenges ahead for students and staff. We also know that together, we can be confident that supports will be in place so that each student and staff member reaches their full potential. 

Checks and Balances

This plan won’t collect dust on a shelf. It will serve as our roadmap to monitor progress, pivot when needed and challenge ourselves daily.
