Arlington ISD Bond 2026
Proposition C:
$31,565,000
Proposition C would replace the turf in the Multi-Purpose Athletic Centers (MACs) at each of the six comprehensive high schools. It would also fund synthetic turf for baseball and softball fields at six high schools and add athletic storage facilities at high schools and upgrade athletic equipment.
High School
Multi-Purpose Activity Centers
The MACs opened in 2016 and are turning 10 years old this year. Replacing these surfaces using bond funds rather than local funds would allow Arlington ISD to allocate approximately $4.8 million from its annual operating fund to other priorities, such as teacher salaries and instructional materials.
Proposition C would also fund the replacement of synthetic turf at six high school fields for baseball and softball, add athletic storage facilities, and upgrade athletic equipment.
