FAFSA Night at the C

📣 Arlington ISD Calendar Update! Due to school closures caused by the winter storm last month, Monday, March 23, 2026, will now be a regular instructional day for all students and staff at all campuses and departments.

This day was originally designated as a bad weather make-up day in our Board-adopted calendar for the 2025-2026 school year.

Every instructional day matters, and each one plays an important role in student learning and progress. After weather-related closures, it is important for us to thoughtfully restore as much classroom time as possible, so students remain on track academically.

We understand calendar changes impact family schedules, and we do not make these decisions lightly. Our goal is to be proactive, transparent, and respectful by announcing this change more than six weeks in advance.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we work together to support the academic growth of our students.

🚨 After evaluating road and campus conditions and closely monitoring the forecast, Arlington ISD schools and offices will open today, Friday, January 30, 2026, at their regularly scheduled times.

Our facilities team has been working to clear ice and snow. We are aware there could still be some slick spots, so please be extra cautious coming in. We ask that drivers and walkers use extra caution during morning travel. Please allow extra time and remain alert.

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe. We look forward to seeing you at school today.
