The Assistant Superintendent for Administration supervises the daily operations of the schools, assumes responsibility for solving problems that impact the schools in areas to include: athletics, building administration, family and community engagement, fine arts, health services, security, student discipline, student behavioral support, transportation and general administration of the district.
