PURPOSE

Arlington ISD’s Employee of the Month Recognitions are designed to recognize and celebrate employees who consistently demonstrate the values, dedication, and excellence that help advance the district’s values and beliefs for student/staff success.

Elementary Campus Employee of the Month

Eligible employees: Elementary teachers, clerks, secretaries, teaching aides/assistants, coaches, nurses, librarians, counselors, front office staff, instructional coaches

Ineligible employees: Campus Principals

Secondary Campus Employee of the Month

Eligible employees: Junior High & High School teachers, clerks, secretaries, teaching aides/assistants, coaches, nurses, librarians, counselors, front office staff, instructional coaches

Ineligible employees: Campus Principals

Department Employee of the Month

Eligible employees: Department Staff, Auxiliary Staff (Custodians, Cafeteria Staff, Maintenance Staff, Etc.)

Ineligible employees: District Administration (Directors, Executive Directors, Chiefs)

How do I nominate an employee?

Arlington ISD is looking to honor employees whose actions and achievements go above and beyond, serving as an example to others through their commitment to students, support of colleagues, and positive impact across the district.

Three Employee of the Month honorees will be selected through a public nomination process open to students, staff, families, and community members. Nominations can be submitted year-round using the nomination form.
