CURRENT EMPLOYEES
Current AISD employees can log into Employee Service Center using the TEAMS login.
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by going to https://password.aisd.net and using the Help, I forgot my password link.
In order to increase security, two-factor authentication has been enabled for Employee Service Center. You will need to enter a 4-digit code that will be sent to the phone number on file in order to access Employee Service Center.
Current Employees - Please enter a help ticket in TDX if you have any issues.
Employees can update their phone number and address through the Employee Service Center.
For security purposes, no employee information changes will be made over the phone. Request by help ticket entered by the employee themselves are the only options for having the number updated.
If you cannot access the phone number on file to receive your authentication code, log in to your district-issued computer using your district credentials and submit a TDX service ticket requesting the phone number update. This request must be submitted by you—tickets cannot be entered by the service desk or another employee.
If you are unable to log in and need password or MFA assistance, contact the service desk at 682-867-7394 to reset your MFA/Password for accessing TDX.
FORMER EMPLOYEES
If you are a former employee, your username will need to be updated. Your TEAMS user id no longer works once you have left employment with AISD. Read all steps below to determine which scenario applies to you as a former employee.
- Scenario 1 - Former Employee and current parent, with Parent Self-Serve account that has been updated since leaving employment with AISD. Use the same user id and password for Employee Service Center that you are currently using to access Parent Self-Serve.
- Scenario 2 - Former Employee who is not currently an AISD parent or does not have an active Parent Self-Serve account. You will need to create a new username and password. We suggest using your personal email account as your username.
- Scenario 3 - Forgotten Username or Password. If you have forgotten either your username OR password, please click Forgot User ID. DO NOT CLICK ON FORGOT PASSWORD.
You will be prompted to enter identification information specific to you in order to associate you with your information stored in TEAMS. Your old username will no longer work once you have left the district. We recommend that you use your home email address if it is less than 32 characters.
