Dora E. Nichols taught at Arlington High School for 31 years. She taught senior English, Spanish, was the librarian and later the Dean of Girls. Before teaching in Arlington ISD, she was a member of the faculty of Howard Payne, Decatur Baptist College and Baylor University.
