Students apply their knowledge and skills learned in previous PLTW Biomedical Science courses to develop innovative solutions for health challenges of the 21st century. The course includes an independent project in which the students are encouraged to work with a mentor or advisor from a university, hospital, physician’s office, or industry.   This is a capstone course for students that are completing a coherent sequence of courses within the Health Science Biomedical Program of Study.  This course receives weighted GPA.
