Area 8 spelling bee goes 36 rounds District hosts two area spelling bees and Spanish spelling bee

Arlington ISD students went above and BEE-yond at the district’s spelling bees last week – and now the winners are heading to regionals.  This spelling season included three district bees – Area 7, Area 8, and the Spanish Spelling Bee – and students showed that a strong vocabulary, steady nerves, and a little confidence can take you a long way – sometimes even 36 rounds.  With families and teachers…
