Leadership matters in every part of a school district. For Arlington ISD, that leadership includes building and supporting the workforce that serves more than 50,000 students every day.
Dolloress Johnson, Arlington ISD’s Executive Director of Human Resources for Employee Relations and Development, has been named one of the Top HR Leaders of the Year by HR.com.
The recognition was announced during HR.com’s CHRO Virtual Event on February 25, celebrating human resources executives who are driving innovation and delivering results in complex and evolving workplaces.
Johnson joins an international group of HR leaders from organizations across multiple industries who were recognized for their strategic leadership and impact.
“I’m honored by this recognition and especially humbled to have been nominated by my colleagues,” Johnson said. “HR employee relations is ultimately about people, supporting employees, guiding leaders through complex situations, and helping ensure our workplaces remain professional, fair, and focused on serving students.”
