The next election is coming up soon on Saturday, May 2, 2026, and the last day to register to vote is Thursday, April 2. Here’s what you need to know so you can be ready to cast your vote.
Register to vote by April 2
If you’re not already registered to vote, you must register by Thursday, April 2, 2026, in order to be eligible to vote in the May 2 election.

Early Voting Dates
You don’t have to wait until Election Day to vote. Early voting begins Monday, April 20, and runs through Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Election Day is Saturday, May 2, 2026, and polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
