Mix + Mingle: A Networking Event for Teachers
Step into a welcoming evening designed just for teachers. On Monday, February 23, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 PM at the Dr. Marcelo Cavazos Center for Visual and Performing Arts, Arlington ISD invites you to connect, converse, and celebrate the heart of education.
The night begins at 5:30 PM with snacks, mocktails, and meaningful conversations with current teachers, principals, and administrators—your chance to learn about our supportive culture, campus communities, and career opportunities in the district with the highest teacher pay in the DFW metroplex. At 6:15 PM, the energy shifts with vibrant student performances by the drum line, STEP team, and dueling trumpets, followed by an inspiring message from Steven Poole, the executive director of UEA.
