We believe every student should be welcomed and resourced to thrive.

Arlington ISD embraces and supports all students, whether they're bound for college, a technical career, have special needs, or a combination of these paths. In addition to exemplary academics, we offer modern, world-class facilities, athletic opportunities for every student, and free transportation for students living within a two-mile radius.

SAT

We believe accountability matters.

Arlington ISD parents are provided with standardized testing measures, publicly available open records, and financial accountability with reporting requirements. Private schools are not held to this same standard.

We believe that public schools are essential for thriving communities.

Public schools are the heart of the community. Every student suffers when funds are diverted from neighborhood schools, resulting in decreased opportunities community-wide. Community partnerships are cultivated and valued at Arlington ISD, benefitting both students and the community. These are just a few of our valued community partnerships:

  • Dallas Cowboys
  • UT Arlington
  • Tarrant County College
  • Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce

We believe every child has different passions and deserves the opportunity to identify and nurture them.

We know that no two students are alike. Each child has different gifts. For that reason, we offer a variety of opportunities to help them grow and thrive. From specialized programs to special education, fine arts, and athletics, your child will find what sparks their imagination and sets them up for a successful life.

We believe teachers should be experts in their field and certified in their subjects.

Public school educators are required to be certified in core subjects. Private school teachers do not have this requirement. We believe your children deserve the best.

Because every student is unique and every student matters, Arlington ISD offers a variety of options to meet your child's needs and interests.
