The Arlington ISD is home to plenty of amazing students.
And then there are also STAR students, who are the top two percent of graduating students from each of our high schools. The district normally honors them at the Student Teacher Achievement Recognition luncheon, but because of COVID-19 protocols, the event took place online this year.
The good news is that instead of the event being only for those 400 or so students, teachers, counselors and family members in attendance at a luncheon, you can now all see our STAR students.
Each STAR student gets to select a teacher that has impacted them and chooses three words that describe them. You can also find out where our stars are going to college and what they plan to major in.
