INTENDED MAJOR: Public health

〉What is one piece of advice you would give an incoming freshman?
The biggest advice I could give a freshman is to take every aspect of high school seriously. Whether it’s your classes, extracurriculars or relationships, each part is a building block for your future. Be present, stay committed and know that the little things really do add up.

〉What will you miss most about high school?
I’ll miss the friends and the teachers who have supported and encouraged me over these past four years. Every memory – big or small – holds a special place in my heart, and it’s those people who made this journey so meaningful.

〉What are you most excited about after graduation?
I’m most excited to start my new chapter in Austin! I’m looking forward to learning, growing and taking my next big steps toward my career and education. It feels like the beginning of something I’ve worked so hard for.

〉Who inspires you the most and why?
The person who inspires me the most is my aunt. She’s also a Bowie graduate and one of the most driven women I know. She faces every challenge with strength and grace, and I admire how she sees obstacles as opportunities to grow. I hope to live with that same mindset.

〉What’s your favorite high school memory?
My favorite high school memory is probably spending time with my friends during and between classes. As amazing as high school has been, it’s the people I’ve surrounded myself with who made it truly unforgettable. They turned ordinary days into moments I’ll always cherish.
