Join members of the Arlington ISD Board of Trustees at the next Trustee Talks for a presentation and discussion about what’s going on in the district. This meeting will focus on the district’s 2023 legislative agenda.
Trustee Talks is a new series of public meetings initiated by the Board of Trustees. Two or three trustees host each meeting, give a presentation about the district and take your questions.
The Trustee Talks meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Arlington ISD Dan Dipert Career and Technical Center.

Legislative Agenda
The Texas Legislature meets every two years to set the state’s budget and consider and implement new legislation. The state’s 88th legislative session will open Jan. 10, 2023.
The Arlington ISD issues a legislative agenda for each Texas legislative session with a series of priorities and recommendations that are important to the district and public education in Texas. The district’s agenda for the state’s 88th legislative session focuses on school safety, school finance, human capital, unfinished learning and parental rights.
